Over the years I have been asked for recipes after dining experiences with hunters, friends, and families. Now you can download and enjoy my collection. These can also be used with chicken for those who do not prefer wild game. Remember, over cooking fowl only drys the meat out. Tip: If you inject fowl with marinade and place it in the refridgerator the night before cooking, then the meat will aborb the marinade.
What makes a good breeder? The selection process for finding a competent, educated, and experienced breeder can be challenging, time-consuming, and sometimes a costly mistake. Especially if you do not know where to look, who to speak with, or what questions to ask. Without proper research your efforts can end with a negative experience after deciding on the breeder.
